Vinegar is made from some types of juice apple juice , sugar cane and grapes can also be made from wheat, corn and barley. The apple cider vinegar is the best in the vinegar treatment .
How to prepare apple cider vinegar : -
Apple cider vinegar can be prepared in the following manner : -
- Wash apples well and then dried.
- Cut fruit - without peeling or removing seeds - to medium -sized replica pieces and placed in a vase ( ceramic or glass ) and may not be time to use metal as they interact with apple cider vinegar.
- Cover the pot with a porous cloth ( cotton or linen ).
- Put the pot in a warm place for a few weeks to be a process of interaction by the bacteria in the air.
- After completing the process of interaction apple juice may be turned into apple cider vinegar and knows the pungent smell and bitter taste .
- Drain juice from the bagasse with a porous cloth and kept in a bottle .
